I'll definitely be going back. I didn't have a bad experience. They never cancel their appointments last minute here. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. I was very comfortable the entire time.

Not really. I had to schedule an appointment for most of my questions.
