staff was rude and non respectful, the dr. seemed to be knowledge able but with a staff like that hes going to run a lot of patients off. me being one of them

They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. The chairs they had in the waiting room were pretty high quality. I thought they were nice and comfortable.

Yes, I've never had to worry about them missing any important information

No, they've never taken personal calls with me
Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time?
I was left alone for a while, but it wasn't too long
Does this provider ever overbook appointments here?
No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

Yes, they answered my call right away

I have been going to Dr. Wallentine for years before I had one very terrible visit. What was supposed to be a quick perscription refill turned into a nightmare. One of the nurses, Diane Cove, embarrassed me in front of other patients, refused to let me see the doctor, told me not to come back, among other thing I will not mention out of respect for Dr. Wallentine. Normally, the nurses are friendly but in this case she was rude and totally unprofessional. I will no longer be the loyal patient of Dr. Wallentine because of her.

Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!!

Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional

Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in
