They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. Great with kids, very kind to patients AAA+
