They are ok. The doctor seems knowledgeable and thorough. But, the rest of the staff seem lost and a little clueless.

I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me.

Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office. I will definitely be recommend them to people I know. One of the best optometrists I've seen. It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it.
