They did a great job with my kids. I have 8 kids and they work to get appointments together. Also I have a son with diabetes and he checks his eyes very closely. I would recommend his office.

I was having double vision & Dr. Reynolds worked me in the same day I called for a apt. Dr. Reynolds was very thorough with my eye exam. The office staff was very professional & helpful. I highly recommend Dr. Reynolds & will be using him in the future for my yearly eye exams.

If you are a diabetic I would strongly recommend finding another Optometrist. My sugar levels had been fluctuation causing my left eye to go blurry (like a thin film was over it). When Reynolds walked in the room he said "you have an infection, I can tell it from here" (there was no matter of puss). I proceeded to tell him about my diabetic condition but he was convinced that his first prognosis was the correct one. To the extent that he asked if I had grand children and told me not to be around them. Also, he said to disinfect the house with bleach it was SO VERY contagious. He wrote a prescription for infection that cost $110. That would turn out to be a Waist of Money. (I live on a fixed income and do not have money to waist-- I needed help) A day later, using the prescribed drops, there was still no sign of relief. So, I went to another Optometrist who explained that due to my high blood sugar levels, my body had dehydrated. Including, my eyes! Apparently, I had inadvertently rubbed my eye during this dehydrated state, causing a SCRATCH on my eyeball. He said it was a "significant" scratch across my pupil... HOW DO YOU MISS A SCRATCH ACROSS THE PUPIL WHEN YOU ARE AN OPTOMETRIST!?! The better Optometrist put a contact (bandage) in my eye and prescribed some medicine. In less than 24hrs. there was relief. Reynolds didn't take five minutes to make a wrong diagnosis-- Let alone truly listen to me. People do not need a 'know it all' health care provider like Reynolds. We need those who are willing to listen and continually learn and be aware of a patience needs, concerns, and condition.

I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit.
Glasses I ordered did not fit correctly once they came in, much too big. Told them this but was told they didn't know why. Needed to see so I took them thinking I could make do. Finally took back several months later. They adjusted "as best as they could." Still didn't fit. Tried to take back again before my vacation because frame broke but closed on Saturdays. Brought back after I got back from 2 week vacation. They told me "sorry this is now 2 weeks over a year old so we can't do anything." Terrible customer service!

No, the optometrist had very advanced equipment for a pain free experience
