Very helpful with finding out what type of vision care insurance I have and answering questions about what my Insurance covered. Overall I really liked the doctor and will definitely go back there for all my eye care needs.

If you ever need a new pair of glasses you must check out this optometrist's practice. They carry a huge selection of designer frames and will definitely have something you will like. They were really fantastic and performed a virtually pain-free eye examination. Their staff is among the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. Their eye equipment was state-of-the-art and really sophisticated. It's so much better than other optometrists I've been to.

When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times.

They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly, which I've encountered at other places. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding.
