I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed.

They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional.
Their standard of patient comfortability is obviously very high and it showed throughout the entire appointment. I was impressed from the first moment I entered for my appointment and sat in their very comfortable waiting room chairs.

The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. The restrooms at this office were spotless. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered.

They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here.
