I wish I went some place else. The service was below average.

I came back for a checkup on the trial contacts lenses they prescribed me.. I told Dr.Polizzi my contacts wouldn't stay in place.. Thinking maybe because he switched the numbers slightly.. Instead of trying to find out what the problem was he made it seem like I was making it up or being unnecessarily finicky then proceeded to order the lenses I was complaining about.

I've been wearing contacts for over 10 years and never really had a problem. I don't think my case was unusual.. if a customer is having problems, it's the doctor's job to figure it out!

I was being treated at this office in early 2006. I bought glasses worth $400 dollars. For my eye exam paid insurance (at least that was what I was thinking at that moment) Couple of months later I got a call from collection agency that I owe Dr. Polizzi 50 dollars (for eye exam most likely), WOW what a surprise. This office never had problem to call me and remind me that is time to spend some more money for new glasses but could not call me and tell me that I have outstanding 50 dollars !!! I still trying to dispute this item until this day that's why I don't recommend this office to anyone, unless You want to spend two years trying to get You perfect credit score straighten out. I wish You all the best luck with finding a good eye doctor, I highly recommend eye & ear hospital for any issue with eyes ;) Thank You.
