Went in for the first visit in feb. 2012, and had results from a recent blood test at another dr. He wanted another blood test( more money). Tried to schedule an appt for 3 months and never could get one. Left several messages on their machine ( and once it started playing their messages with patient information on them. Left several messages with the answering service about getting a prescription refilled and never got a return call. Finally after 6 months got an appt to have blood drawn,( would not have gone back but could not get an appt anywhere else), and when I go to have my blood taken, im waiting for 30 mins, and when I finally go in, they try to collect on a bill from another company( lab corp) for $38 that I knew nothing about, and refused to take blood until I paid that. Sorry but im not some chump, or ATM machine that you can just get money from anytime you want. Its a sad state when our medical industry has no concern for their patients welfare, time, or expenses. I had to take a day off of work, drive an hour to get there, all to have my time and money wasted by a dr. that doesnt care. My advice to anyone, don't go to a dr. unless you know someone they have seen, and definitely do not see this one, unless you are feeling charitable and just feel like giving money away.

The wait is occasionally long, but the tend to spend a good amount of time with me each visit. It is convenient to have my labs drawn in the office. The doctors and nurses are all kind and respectful. I would recommend their office.

I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner. They answered all of my questions thoroughly. They were extremely responsive and gave me so much vital information.

Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking.
