I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. What put me at ease was the fact that their office equipment was in good shape. Everything was current and taken care of. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly.
