Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time

They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. Just as a side note, conveniently located. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable.

The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there.
