Sometimes, I usually have to convince them to look into the situation

Not really, they discouraged any sort of outside advice

Yes, the office was clean, the staff were nice. But don't try to get the doctor to call you back. The office staff will take your messages or questions and call you back. You have to get really upset or write a letter as I did to get him to call me back. One of the staff told me he he behind and has too many files backed up to call anyone. Took over a week to get results from blood work. An assistant said to me, "if the new medicine does not work, you may want to consider surgery" That should never have happened. That should only have been discussed with me by the doctor!

I finally wrote a letter today detailing all the issues with his office and in particular that I have been waiting a week for a call back and faxed it to his office.
He finally got him to call me back and that is how I now found out that the medicine dosage given to me by the assistant a week ago was drastically wrong. And to top it off he did not even apologize for the med mess up or anything in the letter.

I went to this doc originally because he has a great reputation. What a joke. Stay away from this doctor!!!!!

Their staff is very friendly and professional. They were late a few times to my appointments. I wish they had made more of an effort to be on time. They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. Every time I'm put on hold here I have to wait quite a while for them to get back to the call. Although I have had to wait longer at other places, I was still pretty unimpressed with their phone etiquette.

I was left alone for a while, but it wasn't too long

No, they close exactly on schedule despite any circumstances
