They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. The staff here goes above and beyond to make every patient feel welcome. They are quite a friendly bunch.

Not at all! They exceeded my expectations

Yes, they were informing me of new advancements that were extremely recent

I was left alone for a while, but it wasn't too long

The front desk person is rude and unhappy. The nurse is ok - i'd say slightly below average but not horrible. The doctor himself is great. Listen to my questions carefully, give answers full of information, and is very friendly and easy-going. I definitely trust his professional knowledge and judgement. If not because of the front desk person, I'd give 5 stars.
