Please tell your receptionist that they are not physicians or nurses. They should not be allowed to tell patients that something related to their medication isn't a side affect. I contacted your office for an visit and explained to the receptionist that my muscles were hurting and it maybe related to my Metformin and she indicated that it's unlikely because this isn't a side of affect from the medication. Clearly she doesn't know what she is talking about. The person was in the Woodbridge office.

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. The office was easy enough to find. Dr. Safa helped me get and keep my diabetes under good control.
