They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. I can tell it is maybe not a top priority to maintain a professional appearance here. They didn't look terrible, but there is definitely lots of room for improvement. One thing I don't like, is that I can't be confident that they'll work with me until they find the best solution for me. I'm always worried they're going to just settle with a solution that works. It was really loud in their office and it made the experience that much more stressful. They need to move to a quieter location. Every time I would start talking about my circumstances, they would argue with me or get mad. I was scared to say anything because I didn't want to make them upset.
