I called for an appointment and they hold me about 15 minutes. Then I called from my 2nd telephone and asking about why they hold me about 15 minutes and then she just asked me whether I have any question and kept the telephone. This staff is very rude and does not have any manner to talk to the patients. I will talk to the doctor when I will visit next time for that.
