She paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional, except it's hard to make appts. The doctor always appeaars rushed/frazzled. I felt like my needs were mostly met. The office was very easy to locate. Making a appt. is very difficult. I called her Lafayette office which referred me to the Oakland office. Only when I asked for the phone number did she offer it, like pulling teeth. I've now been "on hold" for 7 minutes after being disconnected the last time I was put on hold. Dermatology must be a very lucrative business, given how inaccessable ALL the docs in this group are.
