I was in to see Elaine Woo-Gallagher (the nurse practitioner at the center) regarding my acne. I had a list of things to talk about but she interrupted me every time I started to talk. I felt that she didn't listen to any of my concerns and dismissed all of my questions/comments. She was also a bit condesending when I did ask her some basic questions. I would recommend that anyone who actually wants more information from a derm. (than they can find on their own), not to waste their time or money consulting with Elaine Woo-Gallagher NP.
