They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information.I think Dr.Bookin over books his schedule since he is semi-retired dermatologist.I loved his asst " Karen "she was most helpful,very professional and explained everything well regarding my insurance policy.She was very caring,warm and hilarious at the same time.Dr.Bookin was lucky having her on staff.Better than any other of his asst.which he goes through alot of asst.
