HORRIBLE LONG WAIT TIMES! We left after waiting OVER a half an hour to see her and we had made an appointment. We left the patient room and let the front desk know we were disgusted.

Highly recommend clinic! Doctor is knowledgeable. Staff is polite. All my family been treated for different skin diseases. Doctor Young saved our lives!

I totally agree with all the negative reviews posted. I had a terrible experience dealing with Dr. Young--conflicting quotes about costs, insurance submitted for "surgery" when it was a cosmetic procedure not covered by insurance, charged for cosmetic procedure AND for surgery when it was just a simple cosmetic procedure, could not get anyone to return my calls when I called to question the charges, and on and on. I also agree with others who say she is more interested in money than making her patients happy. I too,would not return to this dermatologist if she was the last one on earth.

I have been a patient of a few doctors here in Rapid City but Dr. Young has been the best of the best...she's very good at her job, made me feel special and secure, talked me through my procedures and on top of all that, she's beautiful! Reception area is clean and pleasant, staff was fantastic and procedure room is warm, even on my bare feet. If you need a wonderful Dermatologist in Rapid City, I urge you to see Dr. Young!

No, if they had music on it was very soothing
