They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. Dr Shanasa and staff always listen to every question or concern I may have. At the practice the staff and Dr. Shenasa make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out their needs. Dr Shanassa is very caring, he listens to all of your concerns patiently and he takes his time to explain and educate you. He makes every patience feel welcomed and comfortable. He has excellent bed side manners and he is very proffesional. When I call the office to ask a question or book an appoitment, they always remember me. They have an excellent professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about the staff rescheduling it.

They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. If I were in some kind of an emergency I'd go back. Otherwise, I'm going to look for something better. All of my questions were answered during the appointment, and I can say that I learned a lot. I will definitely refer my friends and family here. They were great and I think more people should know about them.
