Dr. Kiritkumar Patel had been my cardiologist for several years until recently. My good health made me fortunate enough to not visit him very often during these years. However, this past year I experienced some heart complications causing me to visit him more frequently. During this time, I began to see Dr. Patel for who he really was: a careless, compassionless doctor whose main concern is getting you in and out of the office to raise his billing rate. On numerous occasions, he cut me off and left the room before I could even tell him the full reason behind my visit. This has lead to persistent chest discomfort that has been unaddressed, forcing me to change my cardiologist.

Dr. Patel is a fine doctor if all you need is a simple check-up. But if you are a patient who wants a doctor that listens to and addresses your concerns, as they should, then Dr. Patel is not who you should go to. I know I want to have a doctor who allocates my pain and from my experience, Dr. Patel was unable to do that. If you are a future/current patient for this doctor, I would strongly urge to explore other options for choosing your cardiologist, as I do not want others to experience what I did.

Absolutely, they always make me feel like I'm their only patient.

Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time

Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

No, they never postpone my appointment
