They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease. They don't really take that extra step to make me feel special. I'm just another client to them. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time.
