I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased.

They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here. Apparently they haven't ever heard of the saying "the customer's always right" here. Having a high level of customer service doesn't appear to be their top priority. It seemed like they were trying to rush my appointment and were annoyed to be helping me. It was obvious that they wanted to be somewhere else. I was shocked when they dismissed my concerns as unimportant and told me I was just overreacting. I knew that my situation needed attention, and I couldn't believe that they wouldn't even look into it. I was treated terribly. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else.

I'm very disappointed at this doctor after searching for a good one I was happy since I found great reviews. I have already visit the doctor 4 times the first He took an average amount of time to evaluate my condition, the rest he would see me less than 8 minutes. My last visit I told him that last night I was feeling short of breath but I was thinking I was also suffering from anxiety, without even listening to me or asking any questions He decided to prescribe more drugs like predisose, I ask him if taking magnesim supplements will help since I read that at web md, he said he was a doctor not a naturtherapist and that my condition was a life threatening one, he scared me more than help and sent me home. Thanks God I was mad and confused with the visit and decided not to get the drugs, waited a month and went to see my pulmonologist who's treated me way before. He's great and He told me that I don't need predisone and that his glad a did not take such a strong steroid. Since my asthma its well controlled. I'm still mad that this doctor did not care about me at all and He treated me like a number not a person, rather than help he was going to do more harm giving me drugs that I'm sure I don't need and extra comments that I felt rude. I'll never get back to Him.
A good doctor listens to you for a reasonable amount of time 15-20 minutes before start handing drugs like a free trial. No wonder its so easy to get an appointment... money.
