After my car accident, I have been treated by Dr. Chen. I had head ache, tinnitus, pinched nerve, stiff muscle neck and shoulder pain. After months of treatment, I am so much better. Dr. Chen took extra time giving me instructions on how to do simple therapy myself to help with my pinched nerve in my neck. He was compassionate and answered every question that I have. I strongly recommend Dr. Chen.

My pain was much reduced after my first visit. I regained most of my left arm's mobility after the second visit. I definitely saw a huge difference. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered.

They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. They did not pressure me at all to return. They gave me the information I needed and left the choice up to me. They didn't exaggerate their abilities at all, which has been a problem at some of the other places I've visited. I got what was promised. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation.
