They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. They were absolutely amazing and make others in the same field look like beginners. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. One thing I really liked, was that they kept me updated about where I was at in the recovery process, and how long before I would be fully recovered. It gave me more of an idea about how much time I could expect to be recovering, and encouraged me on all the progress I had made.

They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. Not only did I have no more pain after my adjustment, but I felt great afterward. I definitely saw a huge difference. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. I was left in the appointment room by myself, but they eventually returned. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs.
