Dr. Bowler is an amazing person and an amazing psychologist. My entire life was falling apart in so many ways and through my work with Dr. Art Bowler I was able to come to accept change and see that therapy really helps. He was and is a lifesaver!

I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when visited Dr. Art Bowler, Psy.D. Dr. Bowler told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice, notably in pairing me with an excellent psychiatrist. But the truth is, from Dr. Bowler's website, www.drartbowler.com, I knew that this doctor was going to be great and to really be able to help me. Dr. Bowler has a really nice and fancy office. He had a huge selection of magazines in the waiting room and it felt very private.. I was able to find some of my favorites and they kept me entertained while I was waiting for my appointment. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. This provider has so much helpful information available online. They have an impressive website that's easy to use, with forms that you can fill out before your appointment. They also have a great online presence in multiple directories. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want.

Art started my first session late. He was supposed to leave paper work outside his office so I could fill it out while I waited, but he forgot. When I told him I expected the session to start on time, he turned it around and told me that if time is such an issue for me I shouldn't schedule sessions during work. If he had apologized for being late, the issue would have been finished, but he wanted to fight with me.

I left him feeling much worse than before I met him. You can imagine how it feels when a psychologist basically tells you you have issues before your first session.

I know we started off on the wrong foot, but he did nothing to try to fix the situation. I really wanted to talk to someone about issues I was having, but when I brought up an issue I had with him, it really seemed like he couldn't handle it.
