I'm a long-time patient of Dr. Smith's... my husband and 8yo daughter are also patients. Friendly and courteous staff, and very easy to deal with. I love the humor and laidback atmosphere. Kudos!

I was given pain medication and sent away. Sold a high priced insurance plan with the threat of much higher prices if I did not use the in-house insurance. Received a bill at 30 days with a hand-written statement: "I came in on vacation to see you. I want my goddamn money!!! Or I'll send you to a collection agency." He left for vacation the week after my visit.

I do not agree with the way they do business here, i canceled my appointment on a Sunday through their voice mail service and received a statement in the mail for $100 for a missed appointment. When I challenged the bill explaining that I did indeed call to cancel, they suggested that I find another dentist and threatened that if I didn’t pay, they would send me to collections.
I would have brought in my phone bill to them to show that I did in fact call, but I don't even think that would work.
I would never recommend this practice for their absurd and outlandish way of doing "business".
