This is the best Dentist my family has ever been to. Dr. Ken makes you feel totally comfortable and does the work painlessly. I have even fallen asleep in the chair while he was working on me. By the way, he is a DMD, not a DDS.

This place should have been shut down by the health dept:. There were literally 8 or 9 house cats walking in and around myself & other patients in the exam rooms, there were everyplace. I was sitting there in the chair waiting for the novacaine to kick in, when a cat jumps on my lap! I love animals of all kinds, but in a dentist exam room is not the place for our four legged friends, the only animal that should be in an exam room of any kind, should be the two legged kind!! Extremely unhealthy & extremely unsanity! There was also stuff all over the floors, like you'd see in a hoarders house, not just a piece here & there, but it was everywhere. Very untidy exam rooms.

I get the feeling that I should take care of the problem myself until this Dental Care provider can get me in at their convenience & if they don't cancel the appt yet again. You are unimportant to these people. The chair I sat in during my dental procedure was awful. It randomly changed position. Not good if a tooth is being filled! They need to invest in more comfortable chairs. The temperature in the waiting room was a challenge to me. No way could I relax. They consistently dismiss my concerns and accuse me of making problems up. The accuse other patients of stealing the toilet paper & hand towels from the bathroom as an excuse of not stocking the bathroom! I don't trust them to ever actually look into my concerns and see if they're valid. He sells you things that DAMAGE your teeth! AVOID this guy! He employs single mothers as his staff. I think they are the only people that will keep working for him. Otherwise his staff turnover is quite high. Better like dogs & cats since they will be in the room WHILE you are seen! As he breaks the laws in his practice, do you think he'll care about you at all?

Doctor and staff wrer outstanding i always learn more about dental services and enjoy coming to this most modern of all dental i have had over the last 10 years. DR KEN is wonderful i appreciate his professonial guidance. Best dentist i have come to know.

I was a disappointed at how helpful the staff was when I called with my questions and concerns. They definitely could have been more polite. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. The fillings I got only lasted a couple of weeks. The dentist and staff were friendly. I have never felt more welcome at a dental appointment!
