Dr. Froehlich has been my dentist for nearly 15 years. She is professional, up-to-date, has a great staff, and is reasonably priced. I am very happy with her and hope to never have to switch to someone else.

Every question is answered, and are always available to answer others. Staff is welcoming and friendly they are warm and professional, and make your experience as comfortable as possible. The office is easy to find. I would go back if I needed to for general dentistry, but I will try to find another. The dentist seems tentative and cautious with the work, it has made me question her own confidence.

The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting.
