They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. I found the office, but only because I had simple, very clear directions. I wish it had been easier to locate. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. Horrible. Primitive. Totally lacking professionalism. Strangest payment situation I have EVER encountered (they make you pay upfront what your insurance company might not cover), and then they charge you again nine months later, what they say is the balance of what your insurance didn't cover. I agree COMPLETELY with "momto3", below. I totally regret having taken my teenage daughter there. You cannot be with your child, and don't know it until you get there. A complete lack of communication. It just felt instinctively wrong. I wish I would have trusted my instincts!!!! DON'T GO THERE!!!!

Absolutely! It is right off the freeway and close to everthing

Not at all! They were very gentle and careful

They didn't explain my dental procedure to me at all, even after I asked for an explanation. I was very nervous about having a procedure done that I didn't know anything about.

I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. I'm very confident that my health is their top priority, and I know they would never recommend any sort of dental procedure that I didn't need. I trust them completely.
