I had to wait a while after I arrived for my appointment. The staff didn't even keep me updated about how much longer it would be. Whenever I have a question, even if it's very basic, they always make me schedule an appointment, which is extremely frustrating. They examined my teeth very thoroughly to make sure they didn't miss anything. It was nice to know when I left that everything had been taken care of. One thing that I don't appreciate, is that they close exactly at their scheduled time whether someone needs help or not. I can't count on them to help me if I show up even a couple of minutes past their closing time. They didn't tell me very much about my treatments' risks and benefits. I still felt like I had to do my own research.

I was worried that I was going to be in a lot of pain when I left my appointment, but I wasn't at all. I felt absolutely fantastic and my mouth felt very clean. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking.

I love this dental office. I get my braces done there and most of my family goes here. The dentist Dr. Kumar is great and really knows his stuff. He is very good at doing dental work without the pain. It is a good place to go if you fear the dentist because they are good. You do have to wait a bit sometimes...just like any other medical or dental office. I would not trade dentists or orthodontists for anything.
