My daughter recently had an appointment at this office. I was told on the phone that a parent could be back there with her, since she is 4 years old. We went to the appointment and the nurse told me that I could stay back there with her while the procedure was done. She was already frightened, having never been to a dentist before. I sat back there and was informed by the nurse that the doctor wanted me to wait in the all. I was hesitant but was told I could watch her from a few feet away. Dr Muckler walked by me and told me to go to the waiting room. I told him I would watch from the hall. He then turned and not once, but twice, raised his voice telling me to go to the waiting room. I was not going to leave my 4 year old daughter back there with someone I did not know while she was already terrified. She yelled "Daddy" at me and he turned to her and said "No!'. I grabbed my daughter from the chair and left the office. I feel that a man who treats children like this should not be allowed to practice anything, let alone medicine. I feel that this very much traumatized my daughter and I am going to spend every moment I have free in spreading the word about this office. Please do NOT take your children there! I implore you!
