This office gave incorrect information on a dental implant procedure. Since we did not have insurance for this procedure we asked many questions and agreed to a fixed price that was supposed to be inclusive of all fees. The office demanded payment in full before starting the procedure. We paid the agreed to price up front in cash. The implant process took about 4 months. At the end of the process, the office billed for an additional $1,000 dollars reneging on our agreement. There was never any discussion of extra services or fees throughout our many visits. We offered to use the Better Business Bureaus dispute resolution process, but the office refused and sent us to a collection agency. If you don't have insurance, do not use this provider, or insist on everything in writing to protect yourself.
