My visit wias years ago. After coming across this site, I thought it important to share. My teeth needed filling and it took 4 shots and alot of waiting to numb my mouth. Dr Chang and his assistant basically trash-talked me the ENTIRE procedure claiming that it was selfish to hold them up, they had other patients waiting, basically acting like it was my fault my mouth didn't numb immediately and I guess I was supposed to sit back and let him drill and take the pain? I couldn't defend myself or even tell anyone what had happened for hours after because, well, 4 shots. However, I ran out in tears and never went back.

I went to this dental office because they took my insurance and I was in pain. Dr Chang was rough and insensitive; actually told me to not be "a baby" when I told him he was hurting me. I have NEVER gone back and I never will. Their office is outdated and dirty. All around crummy experience.
