My wife and I are seniors We have been patients with Dr. Chambarlis for many years and always received outstanding dental services. He provides us with heads up information about any potential dental problems that he observes,during our semi-annual exams. Many of our family members and us have always been treated with high quality, caring and outstanding dental care by Dr. Chambarlis and his staff. Dr. Chambarlis services has been instrumental in keeping our teeth healthy and we do not hesitate to recommend him to our friends or neighbors, when they are looking for a great dentist.

Yes! It was absolutely excruciating
Was the dental equipment clean?
Not really, it could have been much cleaner
Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne?
Yes, it was almost unbearable

Kind of, it was bearable but I was in pain

I have gone to Dr. Chambarlis for about 4 years. I have only gone for cleanings, so I can't comment on dental work.
The dental hygienist is great, and Dr. Chambarlis is ok. Not very oersonable, and not very involved in appointments for cleanings and check ups.

Unfortunately, the receptionist is incompetent and indifferent, and not respectful of patient's time. My appointment was originally scheduled for 1/14/13. I was sick with a stomach bug, so instead of spreading germs, called to reschedule my appointment. The receptionist rescheduled my appointment for 1/21/13 at 3 pm. This time is inconvenient for me since I work far away, but due to it being a reschedule, I took the mid-day appointment time and requested the extra time needed off of work.
I arrived to the appointment early (2:35). I went to go sign in, but the receptionist waved me away from the desk and said the hygienist would be with me in a few minutes. She did not take my name.
35 minutes later, the receptionist finally asked my name, and then told me I didn't have an appointment. I explained the situation to her (how I had rescheduled due to being sick), and she waved her arm around the office and said "These people made THEIR appointments a long time ago". She then said she had no appointment for me in the system, and when I again said I came at the time I was told to when I called to reschedule,she shrugged and grunted. No apology for screwing up or wasting my time. Just a grunt and she treated me like I had walked in without making an appointment. People make mistakes; I get that. A simple apology or even pretending that she cared about my time or her mistake would have gone a long way.
I am busy; I don't have time for offices that don't respect my time, and can't be bothered to check people's name when they arrive for an appointment, instead of waiting more than half an hour to do so.

I called asking to speak to Dr. chambarlis. I don't belive that the receptionist fave him my message because he has not returned my call.

This practice just lost a family of patients.
