The dentist improperly installed a post in one of my molars and destroyed my tooth. He put it to me like something typical had gone wrong, then quoted me almost $5000 to pull my tooth and replace it with an implant. I went to another dentist for a second opinion and learned that the reason my tooth had to be pulled is because the post was installed in between my roots instead of into the root, splitting my tooth and causing an absess. I received a sub-standard level of care, which they were dishonest about and then wanted to charge me an outrageaou sum to fix, after I had already invested $1500 in the restoration of my tooth.

They were like every other dentist. Nothing special. Very expensive. When I wanted sweet air because of anxiety issues. I was rebuffed., because i had piercings. I thought that was unprofessional being the only reason i came to thier office is because I have alot of anxiety as a child with my teeth. I was misled by staff as to the availabliliy of the sweetair which the dentist refused because he was only filling cavities. I am aware by the way that I have to pay out of my own pocket. If you are not going to make it available don't mislead the public when they call to inquire about it.

It never fails how long I have to wait on hold when I call them. I'm always put on hold forever and I find myself not even wanting to call. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. One thing I didn't like while I was there, was that they pressured me a little too much to get dental procedures that I didn't think were necessary. It made me somewhat suspicious of their motives. I wish they had let me rinse my mouth a bit more during my procedure, it was starting to get uncomfortable. I can tell it is maybe not a top priority to maintain a professional appearance here. They didn't look terrible, but there is definitely lots of room for improvement.
