Dr. James Gagne was the worst dentist i have ever been to. he had alot of turnover in his office.he was not professional at all. i wish i never go to this dentist because he ruined my teeth. I feel like my appointment was pointless. nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left.

I felt a little pressured to buy products, but it wasn't overbearing. Still, I wish they had been a little more professional. All the equipment at this office seems a little old and outdated. It's usable, but just barely. Sometimes, I have to persuade them that I have an important concern that needs their attention. There have been times that they've paid attention to my concerns, but not many. Let me just say that the chairs in their waiting room are quite comfortable. Its nice that they care about patient comfort.
