I never have to wait if I'm the first appointment of the day ... otherwise, there is usually a wait. This is the trade-off for being seen right away for an emergency appointment (like a broken tooth). They pay close to me and answer all of my questions. Not only did they give me a local anesthetic to make sure I didn't feel any pain during my procedure, they paused every few minutes to make sure I was still comfortable and okay. I've already recommended them to my friends and family. I've been a patient for a long time and, even though I've moved, it's worth it to me to make the 40 minute drive to the office twice a year for checkups.
