They gave me advice about what I could do at home to prevent tooth decay, and it's really helped. They were very knowledgeable, and they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. My appointment started on time, and I felt welcomed and well-cared for.

Dr. Day replaced all the fillings in my mouth; and, because they had been there since I was an adolescent, I was nervous about replacing the ones that had served me so well for so many years.

One of the worst medical experiences I have ever had. Dr. Day and his staff are unprofessional, irresponsible, unreliable, and extremely rude. Appointments always run at least 45 minutes behind schedule, and his staff frequently reschedule critical appointments with little notice. Day does not seem to even have the skills to perform basic dental procedures, and does not take the time to make a proper diagnosis of the situation. He is inattentive and quite rough when performing dental work, and gets distracted speaking to other office workers and conducts other business matters while with patients. If you are looking for a dentist in Baton Rouge, please look elsewhere!

I keep records of all my dental procedures, so I appreciated them giving me an invoice right when I asked. They are very organized and professional. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. It's very reassuring to know that they are recommended by other dentists. It gives me confidence that I'm going to a professional. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable.
