They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. I really appreciated that they let me rinse every so often during my dental procedure. I've been to other dentists that never let me rinse and its awful. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. Doctor Wagner is a very caring, interesting, and pleasant man to talk to. He makes you feel relaxed and confident. Best of all, he is a Christian man who has gone on several mission trips, aiding less fortunate people with his dental gifts. I recommend him highly.
