The staff didn't seem to know very much, they couldn't ever answer my questions

Definitely not, I wasn't given information until long after my procedure had been finished

Sunrise Dental prefers to work on illegals. They will pull your teeth. They will not save your teeth. No root canals. No fillings. They will pull your teeth.

I was given a brief greeting when I walked through the door, but no one made any sort of effort to help me. I felt ignored. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. Sometimes, I have to persuade them that I have an important concern that needs their attention. There have been times that they've paid attention to my concerns, but not many. They are always polite and never use foul language, which I really appreciate. It's always made me uncomfortable at other places when I've heard them use foul language, but they don't here. I know I can bring my kids, and not worry about it. It is impossible to get an appointment at their office. They are always booked and have a long waiting list.

Not at all, they always make an extra effort to make sure I'm comfortable

Kind of, I didn't feel completely safe

Definitely! They lasted even longer than they were supposed to
