The receptionists are so terrible at providing customer service. I was hung up on 10 ties this morning trying to get an appointment for a new patient. They simply refuse to work with you, I have been trying to get this appointment for over a month! They said call Tuesdays at 745, guess what I did for the past four weeks and you hang up on me - by the time I get back on your 'precious' ten appointments are gone. You think that because some of your customers only speak Spanish no one will complain. The dentists themselves are pretty decent.
This facility offers very friendly and caring service for those who cannot afford regular dental services, or dental insurance. They charge on a sliding fee scale according to your income. They are very accommodating and gracious. Thank you.
