Weve gone to Dr Barnes for several years and until recently we were quite satisfied. AT my last appointment I witnessed him with his hands all over one of his staff. He didn't realize I was there until it was too late. I thought there were laws about this kind of stuff at a medical type office. My wife and I are not comfortable taking our children to him any longer. My wife also noticed a change in him the last visit she had. She noted he was texting on his phone every time he walked by the exam room. /there are enough other dentists in Visalia who will act like a dentist and pay attnetion on the patient.

Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!!
Did this dentist offer you anesthetic when appropriate?
Definitely! They paused every few minutes to make sure I was comfortable

Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional

My children and I switched to Dr. Barnes 4 years ago after an unpleasant experience with another dentist. We couldn't be happier! Dr. Barnes and his staff are professional, compassionate, and humorous. They joke with each other while they are providing treatment and I feel myself relax immediately. I have told all my friends and family to go to Dr. Barnes. He also has the phylosophy that dental treatment should not hurt if it can be avoided. He is wonderful.

My family have been patients of his for years but my father insisted we all drop him about 3 years ago due to the fact that he has changed personally and no longer seems to care...In the time since I have procrastinated in finding a new dentist and had a tooth issue so I made an appointment for the tooth, cleaning and x-rays. It goes down hill from there...He came into the room and his manner was such that you would wonder if he was drunk or high. He did the work needed but on the wrong tooth! I was about to leave when I realized the mistake. He had one of his girls re-do it and she did. It's not pretty but at least it's the right tooth. Other issue the appointment for the cleaning and x-rays was never scheduled. I spent a whole day in Visalia for what was supposed to be one appointment ( I live in Hanford ) .The Mooney office in my opinion is a dump. Copper pipe and PVC pipe running along the floor of the examination room ...This web site is giving him 3 stars but I'm not

Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. I would definitely recommend them to my loved ones. I was so happy with their services. They were so nice and professional and even called me to remind me about my upcoming appointment. All the equipment at this office is state-of-the-art. I feel very safe here because I know it's safe and current. Not only did they give me a local anesthetic to make sure I didn't feel any pain during my procedure, they paused every few minutes to make sure I was still comfortable and okay. I felt like they really cared about me.
