I HAVE HAD EMPLOYEES GO THERE AND ALL OF THEM WERE VERY UPSET WITH WESTERN DENTAL. I HAVE NEVER HARD ANYTHING GOOD ABOUT THERE SERVICE FROM ANYONE. EVERYTHING I HAVE HEARD HAS BEEN VERY POOR SERVICE.

STAY AWAY...They always over book. All they really care is the premium that they are collecting. One of my boys just got the worst experience of his young life. F$%$^#ing B#$@%rds.

They ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. I had the hardest time finding their office, and I usually have a good sense of direction. They barely acknowledged me and rushed me in and out of the office.
every time wwester dental call us they talk very fast which is hard to understand ,if we call them to know what was calling about they put me on hold for ever to find out what is reason to call us ,and finally their answer is ((we have no idea about phone call)) we will call you later WHAT ARE STAFF DOING THERE ,ARE THEY REALLY KNOW THEIR JOB????when other dental officices in one second look on computer and they know what is going on patient's record.

My little brother goes to this place and my mom said they that every time she takes him in they ask her what he needs to get done when they are the ones that made her the appointment. They have very poor communication since she has taken him twice only to be sent back home because the children's dentist is not in that day. They have tried taking him the same tooth twice??? How is that even possible? They said they FORGOT to write down the procedure they did on him last time he went...how safe is that??? And she also saw in two of her visits there that the dentist is not clean and very rude!! He throws his gloves anywhere in the room and they also have their utensils on the floor and no one that passes by picks it up...VERY POOR HYGIENES!!!
