It was wonderful to have such modern equipment In this dental office so they could take and develop x-rays right there and very speedily too! This Dr. Mallari and staff can be reached day or night through their answering service, and they really try to get me in the next day if I'm having an emergency. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. I was worried that the veneers and fillings I got would fall off quickly, but they lasted exactly as long as they were supposed to. They did a good job putting them on. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. It seems to me that they really care about their clients. Their staff are really nice, they want to make sure that their treatment plan Is good. When it comes to financing they do payment plans which is affordable with my budget. Highly recommended staff and dentist.

I hate coming to the dentist when procedures not planned during the day of. I also hate coming into this dentist and the manager always try to figure out what else to do with my teeth. Isn't there ever an assistant who stays in this office? the last assistant was very friendly and always make sure x-rays doesn't hurt. I recently got my x-ray it was uncomfortable. This office just need a whole new staff Dr. Mallari. But I hope that you find someone else who can manage better.

I wish they gave me good advice, but most of the time they only give me advice that would benefit them. Most of the time, they don't call me back for quite a while, but they've called me back quickly once or twice. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. It made my experience that much more enjoyable. The office manager can be better. She shouldn't make decisions for the dentist. She's only a manager who MANAGES! The dentist should realize this sooner than later. I have been going here for many years. All the staff is new. The front receptionist is kind and always make sure we don't wait so long. The new assistant is sweet and always make sure that when she takes x-rays that it doesn't hurt me. Over all, this dentist is highly recommended

The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. My teeth cleanings have always been very comfortable, and I've never experienced any pain. They always go above and beyond to make sure I'm relaxed. Not only did they give me a local anesthetic to make sure I didn't feel any pain during my procedure, they paused every few minutes to make sure I was still comfortable and okay. I felt like they really cared about me. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time.

It's always bugged me when other dentists' I've visited didn't take the time to really examine my teeth. I didn't encounter that here at all, they made an extra effort to inspect my teeth very thoroughly. The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. It would be nice if it was more spacious, but I've never had to stand. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. One of the first things I noticed about this business was the level of detail and attention to make the building handicap-accessible. Even the bathrooms were designed to be accessible with doors wide enough to accommodate wheelchairs and grab bars in the stalls. You could tell they really made an effort to accommodate people with all different needs.

The dentistry was very clean and had a great entry that separated the main office. The dentist was warm and professional but also personable. The staff was helpful and there was also a large variety of magazines.
