They either didn't read my information or didn't pay any attention to it. Even though they had my information right in front of them, I kept having to explain it to them and remind them why I was there. Almost as soon as I walked out the door, my fillings and crowns started to pop off. I could tell they didn't take their time putting them on and I was furious. I could tell that they didn't practice good oral hygiene and it made me doubt that they really knew what they were talking about. It didn't look like they practiced what they preached. They didn't give me any information about how much my procedure would cost before they scheduled it. I have good insurance, Delta, and they called Delta three times that day, I later found out when I called Delta to issue a complaint, that they were hostile towards Delta, its all on the record. Also a shouting match started in which I was threaten, nothing like this has ever happened to me, not ever. The office lady is offensive, aggressive, does not listen and the doctor stood up for her and voiced his dislike for Delta Dental...shouted his dislike for Delta Dental and not one client arrived while I was their not one. Plus their work rooms are dirty and one of your questions was about the water...What water I got NONE!!!!!!!!!! Also they took a complete set of X-rays, 18 in all and said they would have to it if I wanted a cleaning, I get two cleanings a year...at no cost, from Delta...I saw it as ploy to get more money as well as obligate me to be one of their clients. After calling Delta they assured me that they would not pay them and that it would not go on my record and that I can go to any other Dentist for a full mouth of X-rays when needed. This was the worst experience of this kind I have ever had and this is the first time I have ever written something like this...it was just that BAD!!!!!!!!!! It felt like they were just trying to get it over with so I would have to pay for it before really considering it. They left me completely alone for a long time and my girl friend reported that the dentist came out to talk to her and started coming on to her, made her feel very uncomfortable...VERY!!! They are BAD News and any of the positive Reviews above must have been written by them, their is no way they deserve one star, but I cannot delete the one star or I would!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
