They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most.

I am always very anxious about dentist appointments. In fact, I hadn't been to a dentist in 4 years because it's something I really like to put off as long as possible. However, everyone at Dr. Phipps' office was really nice, and everyone I met treated my wife and I like we were family. It was easy to find - no problems using the ol' Google Maps. Only reason I gave insurance coverage a 4/5 was because PPO insurance is required (he doesn't take HMO). So, if you plan on going, you may want to call ahead if you aren't sure what type of dental insurance you have.
