No, they are really great about answering the phone right away

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

Definitely! They paused every few minutes to make sure I was comfortable

I really like Dr. Munson and his staff. Always friendly and collegial, knowledgeable and peppered with senses of humor. Parking's easy. Dr. Munson made a bridge for me that is a work of art, and easy to care for. The gap is small enough to keep particles out, but large enough to get the floss through. He is very good at his craft and profession. I live 15 miles away, and won't look for anyone closer because I like this office!

Yes, but it didn't bother me much

Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time
Did your gums bleed excessively after your appointment?
Not at all! They were very gentle and careful

I go to Dr. Munson even though he doesn't accept my insurance-he's just that good. He knows my financial situation and instead of pushing costly crowns, which I will have to get someday, he fixes them temporarily (which has lasted 3 years so far). He and his staff are terrific.
