Dr. Mondragon and his staff answered all my questions. He is always available if I have a dental emergency. His staff is friendly and professional. All my questions were answered, and I feel more positive about my dental work.

Yes
Did your teeth cleaning feel rushed?
Not at all. They took their time and made sure I was satisfied
Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you?
He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. They always explain every aspect of my dental procedures to me. I never have to worry.
